Off to the Civic reception to celebrate The Baggies promotion. They're not my team but I'm pleased they're being promoted, and its good for Sandwell. Geography isn't my specialist subject and I know its woeful but given a map I could only make a stab at pinpointing the whereabouts of Chorley, Kirklees, Wokingham or Redcar. They don't have a football league club, you see. I can, however, precisely locate Preston (North End), Crewe (Alexandra), Blackburn (Rovers) Hartlepool (United) and Dagenham (& Redbridge). Having said that, when I put this post through the spell checker it suggested I should 'change Sandwell to Sandal'.
