Who's fooling who

Tony Blair and his partner in the coalition of the willing seem to be at odds about who will control military operations after the 'transfer of sovereignty' takes place in Iraq. Will Blair now, having been reminded by Colin Powell about what he should have said,have a change of heart? As that old fixer Jim Callaghan used to say when he was reminded Party Conference had voted on contradictory motions, "If you can't ride two horses, get out of the bloody circus".
